The Roundtable Questions consisted of these 3 questions:
- What is the biggest change you’ve made in the last year or two?
- Joel Jamieson says we have failed people with an intensity mindset- that is “approaching fitness from the idea that the single most important variable driving your success and results is how hard you train.” Some people feel we are not training hard enough, what are your thoughts on this?
- In the book, The One Thing, the authors suggest you ask yourself, “What is the one thing I can do such that by doing it, everything else will be easier or unnecessary”. So I ask you, what is the one thing trainers and coaches can do such that by doing it, it will make their career paths easier.
